Mustard Seed Abeka Academy (MSA) is a Christian, private, international day school with English instruction. EAL support is available. MSA was founded in 2020 as a Preschool to Grade 6 homeschooling group and has annually added the next higher grade level. We are expecting our first high school graduation in 2026.

We are dedicated to work with parents to help each student grow academically, physically, emotionally, intellectually by creating a Bible-based educational environment that nurtures global citizens who bring positive contributions to society. We aim to have the students rooted in their national identity yet be able to work in international settings.
Our story and Core Values
The seed to start a school was planted long before its founding. When Rebekah was called to Vietnam, along with her family, she and her husband felt that the best way to share the love of God and impact lives was through education. About a decade later, they saw the great need for a safe and nurturing educational environment in Hanoi. As doors opened, Rebekah and Annetta, started a small homeschooling group in Rebekah’s home in 2020. They decided to use Abeka and Mustard Seed Academy was thus founded with only 10 students placed into 3 grade levels.
Simply by word of mouth, the school has been growing year by year. This academic year of 2023-2024, we have almost 60 students from kindergarten to Grade 10.

Our Staff
Whether teaching, administrative, or even kitchen staff, we endeavor to do our best with love for the children. The criteria for recruitment are not only based on qualifications or abilities, but also on serving and dedicated hearts that would lead and guide future leaders with love.
